I was so excited to go to bed last night…and wake up this morning…to see this:

More than $1,500 to LLS!

..yes!  And this is all thanks to you: my blog readers, family, friends, supporters and all those that want nothing more than a promise that YES, there is a light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to kicking cancer to the curb!  Everyday, we get closer to finding cures and do what’s possible now to help those who are battling their cancer battles today.

After THE donation came in that topped me over my fundraising minimum, I received this e-mail:

…and it was SUCH a good feeling!  I am so grateful right now, and as I mentioned in this post, the fundraising part of my team involvement isn’t OVER, but rather a great bonus to raise more $$ for the organization.  I’m excited to see what I can do to assist the team in their goals as well as see just how far I might be able to get with the State Challenge - I am just shy of half of states being represented, with 24!
