Did I tell you that the bear is my one of my favorite animals? I probably did.. I’m getting old and my short term memory is fading. A few years back, at a native american festival a man told me my totem was the bear. At the time I wasn’t exactly sure what that meant.. he explained that every person has an animal spirit with them ( at least I think that’s how he explained) anyway, he said that mine was so strong he could feel it before I turned the corner to approach him (apparently that is rare) I have never forgotten what he said.
