The Power of Dreams.

They say you can’t always judge a book by its cover…but what about an e-magazine?

Well, I don’t know about you, but for me – it’s a big fat YES. From the artwork and the headlines, to the promise of enticing content and reading pleasure, it’s all or nothing for me, and DVC Central‘s The Source definitely delivers.

Now, I might be a little biased, as the sole creator, founder, owner, writer and publisher (WHEW) of this new Disney planning research is none other than my good friend Morgan (you may know her from March’s blockbuster St. Patricks Day Extravaganza). Back to The Source though…it’s awesome – check out the preview issue here for yourself!

My favorite Double Page Spread!

My favorite Double Page Spread!

In full-color digital format, The Source breaks away from other Disney vacation planning resources with a concise format that captures today, yesterday, tomorrow and…wait, I am sure I have heard something like this before…

SourcePlaque

…oh yes, that’s it! 🙂

It really is no surprise, then, that the flow of this publication just WORKS. Storytelling is alive and the images jump off the pages in a World of Color unlike anything you’ve seen before.

It’s just like that.

All dorky Disney comparisons aside, one read through of this new publication is all it takes to feel the hard work and dedication that Morgan has poured into this new project – and as I mentioned above, she IS DVC Central! A home-grown brand that she created from the ground up, the release of this preview issue is just one of many incredible milestones that I know she will achieve in bringing her expertise and passion to Disney fans the world over. In fact, she recently packed up all her belongings and moved from Tennessee to the Sunshine State to be closer to the Mouse and all the latest Disney happenings!

Now, you might be asking, “can’t I just find all this information on the internet all by myself?” Well, yes, you probably could. But as Morgan’s twitter bio reads, “Pulling Disney information from all over so you don’t have to” – and even as Disney obsessed as I am, I can attest to the fact that she’s the first one I go to when I am searching for Disney information.

Maybe you’re not “down with the twitter” though – that’s okay! The Source has an incredibly timely and easy-to-read window into the magic, aptly called, “Source Planner.”

THIS IS GOLD, people! No more Googling around, running up dead links, or being sent to less-than trustworthy sites – The Source truly lives up to its name and I am so excited to see Morgan’s dream coming true. I hope that you take this opportunity to check out her incredible debut and pledge your support with an annual subscription (12 issues) currently being offered for the introductory rate of $36. For the price you’d pay for one basic printed guidebook (that’s outdated the second it’s published) you’ll get a year full of carefully researched content, along with the flexibility of portability; since it’s delivered right to your inbox. You can even bring it with you on your next Disney trip!

So click on over today and get ready to learn more about Disney Parks right from The Source…you’ll be glad you did!

DISCLAIMER: I was not asked or compensated by DVCCentral.com, The Source, or any of its subsidiary companies to write this review – I just think it’s fantastic 🙂

ETA: Morgan has started a Fundable Campaign HERE. Please consider pledging your support – starting at $25 for a free year subscription, drawings/prizes are available for higher contributions! Your credit card will NOT be charged until the full goal is reached, so please check it out today!
