Congratulations, friends! Please email me at khiguchi at gmail dot com – I will get the vouchers for the yogurt to y’all ASAP 😀

Didn’t win this time? Well, here’s your next chance to win something awesome…  See winner below!

There are many reasons that people choose to train and participate in runDisney events – from the camaraderie and built-in support from the social networking opportunities, the challenge of conquering a new distance, the allure of a magical Disney race-cation and more…but for some, it’s even more simple than that:

Yes! runDisney does feature quite the array of fancy hardware – from the spinning Tinker Bell medal, to the glow-in-the-dark moveable elevator of the Tower of Terror 10-Miler and so many more fantastic pieces in between, whether you choose to run one event, or the whole calendar, you can build quite a collection of unique medals!

Since I began my running journey in the summer of 2010, I have had my sights set on runDisney events (my page on them here) as a way to keep myself motivated – and consequentially, I had built up quite the collection of runDisney bling, but wasn’t sure how I could keep enjoying it past the event weekends. At my old house in Virginia, I had a pretty big walk in closet and I displayed all my medals there, but unfortunately, no one could really see them. Once we moved to Florida, I was determined to find an attractive way to display them…enter Sport Hooks!

Here’s my current runDisney collection! 😀
You see, I have been eyeing a display like this for the LONGEST time but was just so indecisive about which one to get! As luck would have it, I was contacted by the company and was offered a medal rack to review and the opportunity to host a giveaway for my readers – just in time for the 2013 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend and the Inaugural Double Dumbo Dare 🙂 I picked out the 10-hook “Once Upon a Run” rack to display my collection of runDisney bling – and as you can see, it’s already full so I am going to have to think about ordering another very soon, since I have the Dumbo Dare’s 10K and Half Marathon at Disneyland, plus the Happy Haunted 5K and Tower of Terror 10-Miler coming up soon – whoo hoo 😀 I hung up rack up by my front door so it’s the last thing I see before lacing up my shoes and leaving for a run!So, wondering how you can win one, too?! Check out the Rafflecopter form below to enter – this giveaway will be open from August 11-17 and the winner is…

Jill Allison Henriguez Barnes! (Jill, sent ya an email already)

Good luck and have fun!

Disclosure: I was provided with free product from Sport Hooks to review, loved them (all opinions are my own) and was excited to share the opportunity with my readers.

  1. I love this hanger! I have it since it matches my blog name!

(Side note: I liked the facebook page from my running page, Once Upon a Run, not from my personal page which you have to use to log into rafflecopter)

  2. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into
any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My site
has a lot of unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up
all over the web without my authorization. Do
you know any techniques to help stop content from being ripped off?
    I’d genuinely appreciate it.

  3. Can I just say what a relief to uncover somebody that genuinely knows what they’re talking about over the
internet. You certainly understand how to bring an issue to light and make it important.

A lot more people need to check this out and understand
this side of your story. I was surprised you are not more popular because you definitely have the gift.
