Prepping and Nesting: Week 26

Not a whole lot to report this week, other than the fact the weather has been somewhat nicer and I was able to get a run in. Oh, and #BabyM seemed to have enjoyed watching the GOP debate with me on Wednesday night as much as I did, as she kicked hard whenever I guffawed or dropped my jaw when something was said! 😉

And so without further ado, onto the survey 🙂

How far along? 26W6D
Total weight gain/loss: 16 lbs (-1 from last week)

Maternity clothes? I bought a pair of maternity “ankle pants” – AKA cute cuffed jeans for this 5’2″ shorty. LOL! They look better then my regular jeans!
Sleep: I am falling asleep at any opportunity – I think the fatigue is creeping back, but I am happy to be able to take advantage of sleeping when possible!
Best moment this week: This is going to sound totally nerdy, but the feeling of accomplishment after I washed all of the baby clothes I have so far and folded them. I am currently prepping more cloth diapers, too. The house smells really clean from all this laundry!

Movement: Very regular. I look forward to watching her kicks in the evening as I wind down.
Food cravings: Salt.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Most condiments.
Have you started to show yet: I think I can eliminate this question going forward…but really, it’s funny, I have been getting a lot of “what?! You’re already 6+ months? You are so tiny.” I don’t feel tiny, but I just say thank you 😉
Leakage: Nope.

Wedding rings on or off? Still on.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Feeling super happy this week, working on more nursery prep.
Weekly Wisdom: Each day is a new opportunity – use it to learn and spread kindness! 🙂
Milestones: Another dorky one – but I am feeling so excited and positive about cloth diapering – and I was able to answer a few questions on a support group for someone looking to start their journey. By no means whatsoever am I an expert, as I have no firsthand knowledge yet, but it felt really good to be able to share what I had learned so far with someone that was in my shoes just a few months ago!
